Position: Project Architect
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £55,000 + hybrid working + 1pm finish on a Friday
Following recent Project wins, our client, an award-winning Architectural practice, are looking for a Project Architect in their growing Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects across either their Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.
The successful Project Architect will join a supportive, design lead and specialist team to work on projects ranging to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. They will lead the design development and technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.

Position Overview
Work through RIBA stages 1-7
Lead the design development and technical delivery of educational projects across all RIBA stages
Act as project lead on projects, ensuring design quality, statutory compliance, and client objectives are consistently met
Manage and collaborate with teams
Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity
Producing high quality drawings using Revit
Position Requirements
Previous background working in either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors
Experience in primary and secondary school design
Exposure to all RIBA stages
Proficient in Revit
Experience running projects and managing teams
