Our client, a successful Architectural Practice with a focus on Sustainability, is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team based in Newcastle. The Successful Project Architect will be part of a team working within the Education, Retail & Residential sectors, running projects from Inception to Completion. Project values typically range between £5 million up to £40 million. Good knowledge of Revit is essential for this role.

Our client are offering extensive progression, the opportunity to widen your portfolio, a salary ranging up to £50,000, plus 3 days hybrid working, holiday that accrues with service and a discretionary bonus scheme. Project Architect Position Overview
  • Work on a range of medium to large-scale projects within the Education, Retail and Residential sectors
  • Think of creative solutions and commitments to innovate and help clients needs within their respective projects
  • Develop project briefs
  • Work on a range of exciting projects from Inception through to Completion
  • Produce high quality designs for a range of exciting projects
  • Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
  • Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Produce exciting designs
Project Architect Position Requirements
  • Based within a commutable distance of Newcastle Upon Tyne
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • ARB or RIBA Chartered Architect
  • Motivated individual
  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages
