Our client, a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy and industry leader with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK are currently seeking a Principal Designer to join their expanding team. Our client are receptive in their search and open to Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Architectural professionals. The successful candidate does not necessarily have to be working as a Principal Designer but have a good knowledge of the Building Safety Act and be eager to further their knowledge. With offices nationwide and a diverse team of specialists, our client works across a broad range of sectors including Residential, Education, Commercial and Public Sector. We welcome applications from professionals with backgrounds in Project Management, Architecture, or Building Surveying who have experience working within the Principal Designer role or who have significant knowledge of Building Regulations. As a Principal Designer you will take a leading role in ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act (BSA) and Building Regulations (BR) across a wide range of projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
