Our client is a well-established Building Consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK, providing Building Surveying and Project Management services to a diverse range of clients. Job Overview:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across a varied range of Building Surveying projects while developing the technical and professional competencies required for your APC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with building surveys and inspections
  • Supporting defect diagnosis and remedial advice
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation
  • Assisting with technical due diligence and planned maintenance work
  • Attending site inspections and surveys
  • Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Developing your technical knowledge and consultancy skills
  • Working towards the competencies required for MRICS

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying
  • Ideally some relevant industry or placement experience
  • Keen to pursue a career within Building Surveying consultancy
  • Strong interest in working towards MRICS Chartership
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
