Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based close to Glasgow Central Station, is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with 4+ years' experience to further develop their career within a highly respected and collaborative practice.

The practice works across a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Leisure, Healthcare, Industrial and large-scale Infrastructure projects. The successful Architectural Technologist will initially focus on major Data Centre developments, working predominantly across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, supporting the delivery of complex, technically demanding projects from detailed design through to construction.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent Revit skills, and experience producing detailed technical information. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit
  • Supporting the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
  • Assisting in the coordination of consultants, contractors and wider project teams
  • Preparing technical packages, specifications and detailed construction drawings
  • Attending project, design team and site meetings
  • Carrying out site visits and assisting with construction-stage project delivery
  • Working on large-scale Data Centre projects, alongside projects across a variety of sectors

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

  • Architectural Technologist with 4+ years' experience
  • Live within a commutable distance of Central Glasgow
  • Good knowledge of Revit - advantageous
  • Knowledge of NBS also advantageous
  • Experience producing technical information and detailed drawing packages
  • Experience within Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure or large-scale projects advantageous
  • Good knowledge of RIBA Stages 4 and 5
  • Strong technical and drawing skills

Salary & Benefits:
