Welder / Fabricator - Supervisor required. Our client is a well-established and growing industrial solutions provider, supporting customers across a broad range of manufacturing and engineering sectors throughout the UK. They deliver a comprehensive range of engineering services including fabrication and machining.
Position Overview
- Supervising the fabrication team and mentoring staff
- Carrying out MIG & TIG welding on a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium & carbon steel
- Carrying out fabrication from engineering drawings
- Assembly & finishing work
Position Requirements
- Proven background of Welding using MIG & TIG and Fabrication techniques
- Experience within a Team Lead or Supervisory role
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Based in a commutable distance of Bicester, Oxfordshire
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
- Overtime available
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
