Assistant Site Manager Job Overview
- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of live construction projects
- Carry out hands-on trade work as required, contributing directly to programme delivery
- Assist with site setup, coordination of trades, deliveries and site logistics
- Help monitor programme progress and report on output and any constraints
- Assist with health and safety on site, including inductions, toolbox talks and daily safety checks
- Carry out and record quality inspections, supporting snagging and close-out
