Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
We currently have an opportunity available with a growing Nottingham-based M&E contractor who specialise in full M&E installations, refurbs and fit-outs across the commercial sector ranging in value from £1m to £3m.
Job Overview
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for electrical installation projects across the commercial sector.
- Working on projects within a range of settings such as student accommodation and office fit outs.
- Carry out detailed material take-offs, assess quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Supporting the project handover from design and estimating stage through to project delivery.
- Working on projects with values ranging between £300k - £3m.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in providing accurate electrical cost estimates within the building services and M&E projects sector.
- Experienced using estimating software such as Trimble, Cypher, etc.
- Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham.
- Confident in liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Any experience working across the student accommodation and/or office fit out sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £50,000 - £65,000, negotiable depending on experience.
- Profit share scheme (additional OTE of between £5k and £15k per annum).
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- Company NEST pension scheme.
