Graduate Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established machinery manufacturer based in Corby. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Design Engineer to join the research and development team. The successful candidate will be involved with design projects from the initial sketching stage through to full production.
Position Overview:
- Designing mechanical assemblies and components
- Seeing projects through from concept to prototyping and production
- Creating manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
- Support prototype builds, testing and validation
- Collaborating with the manufacturing teams
Position Requirements:
- Degree qualified within a Mechanical Engineering or Product Design subject, or similar
- Working CAD knowledge
- Based in a commutable distance of Corby
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Position Remuneration:
- Salary £27,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
