Commercial Refrigeration Engineer required for our client, a well-established AC and Refrigeration services provider based in Hampshire. Sites include offices, hotels, NHS buildings, etc. The Engineer will be covering the Home Counties, so must be prepared to travel when required. The client pays door-to-door travel.
The commercial refrigeration engineer will be tasked with planned and reactive service and maintenance, breakdown and fault finding and repair tasks on a range of refrigeration equipment and systems, including bottle coolers, ice machines, fridges, etc. It would be highly advantageous for the engineer to also have experience working on air conditioning, as the client also undertakes this type of work. It is expected that the Refrigeration Engineer will have 5+ years of experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.
The Refrigeration Engineer MUST hold their F-GAS, as well as an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Refrigeration Engineer Position Overview- Planned and reactive service and maintenance, breakdown and fault finding and repair tasks on a range of commercial refrigeration systems and air conditioning systems (if experience applicable) across a number of key commercial sites.
- 5 years of experience within the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration background with demonstrable skills for service and maintenance.
- Fault finding and breakdown experience.
- F-Gas certification.
- Full driving licence.
- Based within commutable distance of Hook, Hampshire.
- Basic Salary £40K - £50K Depending on experience.
- Door to Door Travel pay.
- 45 hour week, plus Overtime (Paid at xbpsjku time or Double on Sundays).
- Company Van, fuel card, etc.
- 33 Days holiday including Bank Holidays.
- Call out rota 1 in 7 weeks.
- Performance related annual bonus.
