Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview:
The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside experienced Building Surveyors and gain hands-on experience across a variety of instructions and project types. You will be supported through your APC and have the opportunity to develop your skills across commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, with exposure to both Building Surveying and Project Management. The role will include: Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions Supporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis and report writing Supporting with contract administration and project management projects Attending site visits and client meetings alongside senior staff Working across commercial, residential and mixed-use assets Developing the core competencies required for APC progression Working closely with senior team members to develop technical and professional skills
Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
