Industrial Refrigeration Engineer is required for our client, a leading Refrigeration company based in Durham, who has been operational for over 40 years, with national and regional offices. They specialise in the design, installation, and service/maintenance of a wide range of Industrial Refrigeration systems. Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their team and work on their contracts.

The role will involve completing routine servicing and planned/reactive maintenance on a range of Industrial Refrigeration units such as ammonia systems.

The successful Refrigeration Engineer candidate will have at least 5 years' experience completing service/maintenance tasks on a range of ammonia refrigeration systems.

  • 5 years' experience completing service and maintenance works on Industrial Refrigeration systems.
  • FGAS Qualified - essential
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ammonia Handling (2078)
  • MEWP & PASMA certificates desirable
  • Experience working in industrial settings including Food Manufacturing
  • Live within the Northeast
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50,000 - 56,300
  • Door-to-door travel pay
  • 40 Hour working week
  • Bonus up to 6% paid annually based on performance
