Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a firm of independent Mortgage & Insurance advisers based in the Aylesbury area. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a self-employed mortgage adviser to join their welcoming and friendly team. My client is a directly authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Aylesbury, and has been helping a wide variety of customers for a number of years. Mortgage Adviser Job Overview Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help make an informed decision Maintain strong relationships with all your customers Assess customers\’ financial status, including; income, expenses, assets and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm, have whole-of-market experience and be CeMAP qualified.
