Position: Mechanical Estimator
Location: London
Salary: £50,000- £60,000 DOE
Company: award‐winning HVAC company with regional offices throughout the UK. Due to continued growth in the project division, we are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join the expanding Projects division.
The Mechanical Estimator will aid in the delivery of turnkey retrofit and design‐and‐build solutions directly to end users, ranging from £50k‐£3m in value. Responsibilities include supporting project delivery of chiller and boiler plant replacements, VRF/VRV installations, heat pump conversions, and full decarbonisation schemes within occupied buildings.
Position Requirements
3+ years estimating experience in mechanical or HVAC building services
Strong knowledge of retrofit, replacement, and design‐and‐build projects
Understanding of HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, ventilation, and controls
Competent with Microsoft Excel
Commercial awareness, understanding of installation methodologies and subcontractor pricing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Resident within a commutable distance of London
Remuneration
Basic salary up to £60,000 DOE
Employee‐owned trust profit sharing scheme
