Position: Design Engineer (Mechanical) Location: West Sussex Salary: £45 - 50k annual salary + competitive package Bennett and Game are partnering with a specialist engineering company that specialises in the design and manufacture of machinery. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team in West Sussex. The successful applicant will be involved in a wide range of activities within the engineering department and will report to the Lead Engineer. Design Engineer Job Responsibilities Machinery design for customer projects, R&D initiatives, product development, and cost-saving improvements. Equipment testing, occasionally in the presence of customers. You will be expected to take full ownership of design, development, and release of machines for manufacture, as well as the production of build manuals, user manuals, statutory documentation, and testing documentation.
