Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester. The initial sites will be located across London and the Home Counties, primarily within secure and high-compliance environments. The company delivers complex construction projects across the UK, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors. Schemes typically range in value from £4m to £10m, covering secure fit outs, refurbishments, and bespoke builds. The successful candidate will lead and manage construction projects within secure environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, security, and quality.
Construction Manager Salary & Benefits- Salary: £55k - £75k
- £5,000 Car Allowance

- Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Project.
- Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance.
- CSCS Black Card or equivalent.
- SMSTS Certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
- Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.
