  • Must be ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within Accountancy Practice
  • Must have experience in managing and leading juniors
  • Experience working with and liaising with partners
  • Capable of meeting deadlines
  • Cannot come directly from a top 4 practice. Experience in a mid-sized practice is preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
