Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a specialist Manufacturer actively seeking a skilled and proven CNC Setter & Operator with 5-axis experience to join their expanding Leicester location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing environment working on high-end luxury interior projects for globally recognised hospitality brands.
CNC Setter / Operator - Position Overview
- Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce bespoke joinery components
- Loading and unloading materials while ensuring machines operate efficiently
- Inspecting finished components to ensure required quality standards and tolerances are achieved
- Carrying out routine machine checks and maintaining safe working practices
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines and production targets
CNC Setter / Operator - Position Requirements
- Experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines
- Background within joinery, woodworking or interior manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Good understanding of tooling, materials and machine setup
CNC Setter / Operator - Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience) £32-38k + overtime rates
