We currently have an opportunity available to join a leading company within the electrical infrastructure sector, specialising in the design and build of power connections, substations, cables, and EV charging infrastructure for major projects and developments across the UK. This is an office-based role, with no previous hands-on technical experience required, and a background within managing projects within the construction/engineering sector would be ideal.

Job Overview

  • Coordination of major electrical infrastructure projects from conception to client handover
  • Completing and issuing documentation including RAMS, drawings, Street Works licences and project progress reports
  • Procurement of necessary project materials and labour, including subcontractors
  • Assigning schedule of works and monitoring project completion timeframes
  • Liaising with the site-based project delivery team to ensure all site-based activities align with the project needs
  • Liaising with local councils, civils contractors and distribution network operators (DNOs)

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience within project coordination, from a construction, civil engineering, or utilities background
  • Confident in liaising directly with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience with a range of documentation including RAMS, Street Works permits, project process reports, etc
  • Experienced user of the full Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Based within a commutable distance of Borehamwood

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £38,000 to £45,000, depending on experience. 31 days holiday.
