This is a chance to join a genuinely well-regarded building envelope specialist with over 30 years of experience delivering some of the UK's most technically interesting roofing packages. Recent and past projects include the Olympic Stadium transformation, Royal Sussex County Hospital, King's Health Partners Cancer Centre, and a portfolio of high-end commercial and residential schemes across London and the South East. The business is based in Rochester and works across the full spectrum of roofing systems, from standing seam and composite panels through to single ply, hot melt, liquid systems and green roofs. That means genuine variety and the chance to work with premium system manufacturers including Kalzip, Sarnafil, IKO, Hydrotech, Kingspan, Proteus and others. This is a senior appointment for an experienced Roofing Designer who wants their drawings taken seriously and used to build real projects. Working within a close-knit design and delivery team, you will produce detailed technical drawings across a live pipeline of commercial, public sector, residential and sport facility schemes.
