Internal Sales Engineer required for a well-established and growing provider of contract manufacturing services based in the Keighley, West Yorkshire area. Due to ongoing success they are seeking a Sales Engineer to assist with management of existing customer accounts whilst developing relationships with new accounts.
Position Overview
- Supporting the sales and projects teams to manage customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Supporting the preparation of quotations for customers
- Assisting after sales support with customers
- Updating and maintaining the ERP & CRM systems
- Assisting with obtaining project & commercial information for the team from customers
Position Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
- Based in a commutable distance of Keighley
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + performance incentives
- Company Phone & Laptop
- Permanent position. Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
