Our client has established itself as one of the UK's leading specialist interior systems contractors, delivering complex drylining, partitioning and ceiling packages across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, mixed-use and data centre sectors. Working alongside many of the country's leading main contractors, they have developed a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects and have experienced significant growth through expanding their in-house design and BIM capabilities.

BIM Manager Position Overview
- Lead BIM delivery across multiple live projects from pre-construction through to project completion
- Manage and coordinate project models using Revit and associated BIM platforms
- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, processes and workflows across the business
- Coordinate design information between architects, consultants, main contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Review and resolve technical queries, drawing comments and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project teams with clash detection, model reviews and BIM coordination workshops
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and document control procedures
- Work closely with design, commercial and operational teams to develop practical and buildable solutions
- Monitor BIM quality standards and ensure project deliverables comply with client and project requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the company's BIM capability and wider design function
BIM Manager Position Requirements
- Proven experience managing BIM delivery on large-scale construction projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Revit within a professional construction, architectural or engineering environment
- Strong experience coordinating projects within a BIM environment and managing technical design information
- Experience within drylining, interiors, partitions, ceilings or specialist subcontracting would be advantageous, although candidates from wider construction sectors will be considered
- Good understanding of BIM standards, industry best practice and ISO 19650 principles would be beneficial
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred, with a full UK driving licence advantageous
