Overview: Bennett & Game is proud to represent a leading facades manufacturer seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team and assist in the further growth and development of the business. Starting as a family-run business, our client has a focus on staff satisfaction, priding themselves on their low staff turnover rate and long tenure, with numerous members of the team being with the company for over 40 years.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with 15 regular accounts as well as developing new business. It is envisioned that the successful candidate will have prior experience/knowledge within the cladding/facades sector and a passion for building/maintaining relationships with clients, as well as a proactive mindset.
With 30-40 staff and an annual turnover of approx. £5 million per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to further their career and play a key role in the long-term growth of a company.
Salary & Benefits:
