Job Overview
- Producing detailed technical drawings, layouts and house type designs
- Preparing and maintaining accurate AutoCAD‐based drawing standards
- Supporting planning, technical and site delivery teams with required documentation
- Producing technical site layouts, construction detailing and working drawings
- Completing drawing amendments, updates and releases to programme
- Liaising with internal departments and supporting occasional site visits
- Maintaining high accuracy, consistency and compliance with applicable regulations
- Contributing to future development of drawing standards and house type portfolios
Job Requirements
- Experience within the Residential sector (volume housebuilding preferred)
- Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently on projects, as well as part of a small technical team
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Confident producing house types, layouts, working drawings and detailing
- Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
- Comfortable with fully office‐based working (Mon‐Fri, 8:30 am‐5:00 pm)
