Job Description

A talented Architect is required for an award-winning, employee-owned architectural practice with an established reputation for delivering large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation developments across the UK and Ireland.

Working on projects typically valued between £50 million and £150 million+ , the practice partners with some of the UK's leading developers and contractors, delivering technically complex and design-led schemes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect with a minimum of 2 years' post-Part III experience looking to develop their career on high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking practice.

Working alongside experienced Associates and Senior Architects, you'll gain exposure to technically challenging developments, take ownership of key project packages, and play an important role in delivering projects through the technical stages. n
Architect Job Overview

Support the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.

Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.

Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and the wider design team.

Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant industry standards.

Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery.

Assist with resolving technical design challenges and coordinating project information.

Experience working on residential, hotel, student accommodation, or mixed-use developments.

Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.

Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing.

Knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Principal Designer duties, sustainability, or emerging technologies would be advantageous.

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
