We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-known Chichester-based electrical contractor who have been offering electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance services to domestic, commercial and industrial clients across the south coast for over 25 years.
Electrician Job Overview
- Travelling to sites across the South Coast, mainly between Portsmouth and Worthing
- Installing electrical systems including lighting and power supplies into commercial and industrial facilities including food manufacturing sites, schools, universities, and car manufacturing facilities
- Completing routine electrical servicing, maintenance and testing jobs
Electrician Job Requirements
- Fully Qualified Electrician holding NVQ Level 3, AM2, and 18th Edition
- ECS/JIB Gold Card holder
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working on commercial/industrial electrical installation projects
- Full UK driving licence
Electrician Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £38,230 - £41,766 (Minimum JIB rates - negotiable depending on experience)
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 2x for weekend work
- 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure)
- Company van provided with a fuel card and optional personal use
- Bonus scheme available for jobs completed ahead of schedule
