We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established commercial fit-out specialist with over 50 years' experience completing projects across the retail, hospitality and commercial sector.

Job Overview:

  • Managing a range of electrical projects and contracts across the fit-out sector, with a heavy focus on retail, but also working across hospitality, leisure and the wider commercial sector.
  • Working mostly from the company's offices in Hertfordshire, with occasional visits out to site for more complex projects or to support with client escalations.
  • Sourcing reliable labour, coordinating project schedules and materials for projects.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience within the commercial electrical fit-out sector, with specific experience delivering projects across the retail sector.
  • Strong technical electrical understanding with qualifications across the sector such as NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations, ECS Gold/Black Card, etc.
  • Demonstrable evidence of multiple projects delivered across the retail sector, such as high-street shops, shopping centres and retail outlets.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Letchworth Garden City and happy to work predominantly from the office, with occasional visits out to site.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary £55,000 - £65,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
  • Company bonus scheme (more information provided at interview).
  • Car allowance, along with mileage allowance provided.
  • 29 days holiday, including bank holidays.
