We're recruiting for two CNC machining positions to join a busy precision engineering / manufacturing environment in Leicester:
- 1 x Night Shift CNC Turner - 18:00 to 06:00, Monday to Thursday (nights) - Mazak experience would be great, but it's not essential.
- 1 x Day Shift CNC Miller Setter/Operator - 06:00 to 18:00, Monday to Thursday (days)
Key Responsibilities
- Day Shift CNC Miller Setter/Operator
- CNC Milling - setting and operating
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Carry out basic inspection using measuring equipment (verniers/mics/gauges)
- Night Shift CNC Turner
- CNC Turning - setting and operating
- Make tooling changes and offset adjustments as required
- Read and understand engineering drawings
Requirements
- Day Shift CNC Miller Setter/Operator
- CNC Milling experience (setting & operating)
- Understanding of engineering drawings and working with tight tolerances
- Night Shift CNC Turner
- CNC Turning experience (setting & operating)
- Mazak experience would be great but is not essential
