Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

We have an opportunity available with an M&E contractor who have a background of over a century completing full turnkey installation projects and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector and have strong growth plans over the next 3 years.

Job Overview

  • Running a portfolio of mechanical installation projects within the commercial sector including education, government, retail, and offices across the Yorkshire and Manchester region
  • Managing multiple mechanical projects, with a total portfolio value of roughly £10m
  • Overseeing the installation, refurbishment, and fit outs of mechanical equipment including plant room equipment, air conditioning, boilers, and AHUs
  • Managing engineering teams both remotely and on-site, including completing site audits, managing health & safety, and providing technical support
  • Liaising directly with clients and internal management teams and providing project progress reports

Job Requirements

  • Strong background within the mechanical building services sector, with experience managing a range of commercial HVAC installation projects
  • Experienced across a range of mechanical disciplines including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
  • Confident in completing quotations, procuring materials/labour, and managing on-site engineers
  • SMSTS / CSCS Card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within a commutable distance of Leeds

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £65,000
  • £5k - £7k yearly car allowance
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • BUPA healthcare (after probation period)
