General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Position Overview
- Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring departments are aligned and working effectively
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld
- Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships and help resolve customer issues
Position Requirements
- Proven management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally precision engineering
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused
- A knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing best practices
- Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Permanent position
- Holiday allowance & pension
