Job Profile for IT Implementation Engineer – BJ282308/01 Our client is currently looking for a talented and motivated IT Implementation Engineer to oversee the implementation of JobLogic field management system and enhance their IT infrastructure. Our client is a leader in providing planned preventative maintenance services for the healthcare sector, helping their clients optimise performance and efficiency. The role will be based out of their Burgess Hill location IT Implementation Engineer Job Overview Oversee the deployment and / set up / customisation of the JobLogic field management system. Collaborate with developers to address system gaps and resolve bugs. Train staff on the use of JobLogic and manage system rollouts. Lead IT initiatives for the company, ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes. Manage and enhance the company website to maximise online sales and user experience. Integrate CRM systems with marketing automation to optimise lead generation and customer engagement. Generate insightful reports for internal use and customer presentations. Set up and manage customer-facing portals to improve service delivery. Identify opportunities to automate workflows in marketing and operations. IT Implementation Engineer Job Requirements Technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), data analysis (Python, SQL, Tableau), and web development (HTML, CSS, React). Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and IT management practices. Project management Excellent communication skills for team collaboration. Prior experience in system implementation is highly desirable IT Implementation Engineer Salary & Benefits Salary – £25-30k DOE Working Hours – 8.00- 16.30 with unpaid 30min lunch Holiday – 23 days in addition to the normal statutory bank holidays. Pension – The company has an auto-enrolment pension scheme which will be initiated after the statutory 3-month postponement.
