An Architectural Technologist is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable multidisciplinary consultancies within the built environment. Our client is renowned for delivering intelligent, sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors. With offices throughout the UK, they are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their growing Nottingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with 2-5 years' experience to develop their career within an established and collaborative consultancy.
Their integrated approach enables clients to benefit from seamless coordination across all stages of design, construction and operation. Our client works with both public and private sector clients across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, defence, infrastructure and residential. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects, ranging from large-scale new-build and refurbishment projects to smaller-value design and construction work, with project values reaching approximately £50m.
With exciting projects in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to gain further experience across a variety of sectors and RIBA stages, while developing their technical skills within a supportive team.

Position Overview
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a range of exciting projects
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and information using Revit
- Support projects across various RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical delivery
- Assist with the development and coordination of architectural information
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, clients and other consultants
- Apply knowledge of Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
- Produce high-quality design and technical information across a variety of sectors
- Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Gain exposure to projects across Residential, Commercial, Defence/MOD and other sectors
Position Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience within an architectural practice, consultancy or similar built environment
- Architectural Technology degree or relevant architectural qualification
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Good understanding of technical design, construction detailing and architectural technology
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Keen to develop technical and professional skills
- Working towards MCIAT would be advantageous but is not essential
- Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
