Land Surveyor- required for your client based in their office in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Land Surveyor, looking to work within an established, multi-disciplinary, consultancy. The Land Surveyor will be working on a full variety of projects from start to finish The Land Surveyor will have at least 4 years' experience either can specialise in one area or as most in the team prefer can work across a wide range of Measurement, Laser Scanning and Mapping surveys. Work will include Topographical, Underground utility, Measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, Engineering setting out and dimensional control, Photogrammetry, River and Boundary surveys as well as Computer Assisted Drawing in 2D and 3D (CAD) Land Surveyor Position Overview Undertake surveys as directed by the Survey Director Managing trainees within the team Maintaining survey equipment Office processing of survey data and the CAD drawing of surveys Ensuring quality throughout the process Land Surveyor Hertfordshire Office Produce the deliverables to the required specification and to budget Liaise with the Survey Director at all stages of a project Land Surveyor Position Requirements Degree qualified Be able to undertake a wide variety of surveys, Measurement, Laser Scanning and Mapping Be well versed in modern surveying equipment and software Have very good attention to detail Be flexible and reliable Enjoy working in a team environment Hold a clean driving licence Land Surveyor Position Remuneration Competitive salary (negotiable and dependent upon experience) Contribution towards a personal pension scheme Private health care Pool car or car allowance Holiday -25 days holiday Training and continued career development (Regular CPD seminars) Free on-site parking Flexible working Other company benefits to be discussed upon interview Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
