Salary: £40,000 * £60,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

SHE Advisor Job Overview

• Provide practical SHE support across multiple live construction projects
• Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
• Promote Health, Safety and Environmental best practice
• Review RAMS, CoSHH, PUWER, LOLER and Fire compliance
• Deliver toolbox talks and behavioural safety briefings
• Lead accident, incident and near miss investigations
• Support contractor management and operational planning
• Deliver internal SHE training where required
• Build strong working relationships with project teams and clients

SHE Advisor Job Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Previous Health & Safety experience within Civil Engineering, Groundworks or RC Frame projects
• Good understanding of current H&S legislation and industry best practice
• Experience carrying out site inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• IEMA or other environmental qualification
• Temporary Works, Fire Risk or CoSHH qualifications
• Experience delivering training or toolbox talks
• Behavioural safety experience
