Mechanical Project Manager required for an award-winning HVAC company with regional offices throughout the UK, due to continued growth in the project division. Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding Projects division.
The Mechanical Project Manager will be managing projects from initial inception to handover, which will include:
- Site visits
- Surveys
- Designs
- Estimations and quotations
- Negotiating & purchasing materials
- Supervising labour
- Commissioning
- Client training
- O&M's
Ensuring that the project is delivered within budget and on time. The Mechanical Project Manager will be managing a team of at least 2 direct PAYE Installation Engineers plus additional sub-contractors. It is required that the Mechanical Project Manager will have at least 5 years proven experience delivering large scale AHU, Chiller, VRV, VRF, Boiler and ventilation projects. The role will be 50% working from home/office based and 50% site based.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
