Service Coordinator in Gosport

Position: Service Co-ordinator Location: Gosport Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE My client is a leading supplier of UPS and Generator systems across the UK who are looking to bring a Service Co-ordinator on board to support their team in Gosport. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with previous office administration or customer service experience to develop their career within a technical service environment. The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills and be based within a commutable distance of Gosport. Service Co-ordinator Job Overview Supporting the team with the day-to-day co-ordination of service activities Assisting with the scheduling of service visits for engineers Preparing quotations for remedial works and replacement equipment Processing invoices and raising purchase orders as required Ensuring engineer reports are received, completed and filed correctly in line with company procedures Assisting with spare parts ordering and inventory monitoring Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Supporting the preparation of monthly statistics and reports for management meetings Communicating with customers and engineers to help ensure service activities run smoothly Service Co-ordinator Job Requirements Previous experience in an office administration or customer-facing role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional and customer-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively Previous service co-ordination or scheduling experience advantageous Based within a commutable distance of Gosport Service Co-ordinator Salary & Benefits Salary £25,000 - £28,000 DOE Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm; Friday, 9am - 4pm 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays Private healthcare Workplace pensionBennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
