As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across a varied range of Building Surveying projects while developing the technical and professional competencies required for your APC.
Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with building surveys and inspections
- Supporting defect diagnosis and remedial advice
- Preparing technical reports and documentation
- Assisting with technical due diligence and planned maintenance work
- Attending site inspections and surveys
- Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Developing your technical knowledge and consultancy skills
- Working towards the competencies required for MRICS
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- Ideally some relevant industry or placement experience
- Keen to pursue a career within Building Surveying consultancy
