Fire and Security Project Manager required for our client, a well-established Fire and Security Protection Solutions company who boast over 25 years in the industry. You will be involved with a range of projects within M&E Contractors, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Facilities Management and Property Management Companies.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
  • 20 days + 8BH (extra day added after each year of service)
  • Pension
  • Birthday off
  • Laptop/Mobile
  • Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
  • Overtime 1.5X or 2X on Sunday

Job Overview:

This position will task you with overseeing a wide variety of projects, focusing mainly on Installation projects, in and around London, managing the day-to-day workforce, liaising with the procurement team to ensure the projects are on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry and previous technical knowledge in Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Data Communications, Door Entry Systems, IRS Systems, Life Safety Systems and Structured Cabling.

  • ECS or CSCS Card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • First Aid Training
  • Clean Full UK Driving Licence
  • Capable of Completing Staff and Police Vetting
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Project Management Qualification (Prince2, PMP, APM Etc.,) (Desirable)
  • Electronic or Electrical Engineering Degree (Desirable)
  • Experience with CAD (Desirable)
