An international packaging equipment manufacturer based in Taplow is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in field service engineering, ideally within the packaging or related machinery industry. This role involves providing technical support, performing maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of packaging systems across the UK.
Job Overview
- Technical Support
- Provide expert technical support to clients both remotely and on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on machinery.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- Repair and Troubleshooting
- Identify, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions.

- Installation and Commissioning

Requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Β£34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Bonus: Circa Β£3,000 annual bonus
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Company Van: Provided for work use
