As an Estimator, you will deliver accurate and timely cost estimates for civil engineering schemes up to £10m, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing tender opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting management information.
- Submitting detailed tenders within operational guidelines.
- Contributing to workload and client feedback reviews to improve tender success.
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, equality, and confidentiality standards.
Salary & Benefits:
- Expected salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Job Requirements:
- Preferably from a site operational background - Engineering/Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Civils Estimating role.
- Experience using Conquest estimating software.
- Experience using MS Project/Primavera P6.
- Familiar with NEC contract.
- Understanding commercial, contractual and procurement processes.
- HNC/Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar equivalent.
- Good people skills with the ability to contribute to the success of a team is essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, planning and time management skills.
