A leading Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of a substantial portfolio of infrastructure and Tunnelling works across the UK. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving commercial performance, governance, and strategy across projects valued initially between 70M-100M+, with a strong growth pipeline.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Commercial Director and Contracts Director, playing a key part in shaping the future direction of the business.
Position Remuneration:- Salary: 100k+ DOE

- Lead the full commercial function across a portfolio of civil engineering projects

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
- Act as the senior escalation point for contractual and commercial issues
- Manage subcontractor procurement, cost control
