In an industry where Audit work can affect work life balance, this practice truly values their employees wellbeing Audit Manager Job Overview * Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion. * Review audit files and financial statements to ensure high technical quality. * Build strong client relationships and provide clear, proactive advice. * Supervise and develop audit staff, offering coaching and feedback. * Ensure audits are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. * Stay up to date with audit and accounting standards, ensuring full compliance. * Spot opportunities to add value and support business development. Audit Manager Job Requirements * Must be ACA or ACCA qualified * Minimum of 5 years experience within Accountancy Practice * Must have experience in managing and leading juniors * Experience working with and liaising with partners * Capable of meeting deadlines * Cannot come directly from a top 4 practice.
