- Must be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within Accountancy Practice.
- Must have experience in managing and leading juniors.

- Cannot come directly from a top 4 practice. Experience in a mid-sized practice is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
