We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven recruiter with a strong sales background.
You will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning new business and developing client relationships, to securing retained or exclusive assignments and delivering outstanding placements. Annual sales targets range from 130,000 - 240,000.
Key Responsibilities:- A consistent track record of exceeding sales and billing targets.
- Confidence negotiating at senior and executive levels.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and independently manage your client and candidate processes from start to finish.
- A positive, driven mindset, with a focus on building lasting partnerships.
- Proven, consistent success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify market growth opportunities and work closely with your Manager to develop them.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
