Bennett & Game are representing a growing residential developer who are seeking a Senior Engineer / Engineering Manager to join their expanding Technical team in the Wakefield area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking housebuilder that has recently undergone a rebrand as part of its ambitious growth strategy. The business has established a strong presence across Yorkshire and is planning to expand into additional regions, with a secure pipeline of residential developments.
As part of this continued growth, they are investing heavily in their Technical department and are looking to strengthen their in-house engineering capability. This role has arisen following the promotion and subsequent departure of the current Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting residential developments from land acquisition through to project delivery, acting as the technical lead for all civil engineering matters.
There is genuine opportunity to develop into a larger management position as the business continues to grow and expand its engineering function.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 DOE
- £5,000 Car Allowance
