Their multidisciplinary approach means you will work closely with Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Project Managers and other built environment professionals, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a collaborative environment.

Senior Architectural Technologist Overview
- Produce detailed design, tender and construction-stage drawings
- Develop high-quality technical and construction information using Revit
- Prepare and develop construction details and technical packages
- Assist with specifications, with NBS knowledge being advantageous
- Work across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Liaise with clients, contractors and external consultants
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, civil, M&E and other disciplines
- Undertake material research and assist with the specification of materials and finishes
- Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
- Contribute to design development and technical problem solving
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team
- Support the development of junior members of the team where appropriate
Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical and construction detailing experience
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Experience producing detailed technical and construction information
- Knowledge of NBS would be advantageous
- Ideally MCIAT qualified, working towards chartership or keen to pursue professional qualification
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Commercial or Education sector experience would be advantageous
- Candidates from other sectors with strong technical delivery experience will also be considered
- Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge, taking the excellent hybrid working arrangement into consideration
