We currently have an opportunity available with a leading solar contractor who specialise in the design, installation and operational maintenance of commercial and industrial ground-mounted solar panels within the agricultural sector across the UK.
Job Overview
- Carrying out installations and ongoing maintenance of ground-mounted solar equipment found on large agricultural properties across the UK
- Completing installations of electrical equipment including containment systems and electrical cabling
- Working as part of a team to complete the wider installation and commissioning process
- Travelling to sites UK-wide on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Qualified Electrician, holding NVQ Level 3 Electrical & AM2
- Hold an in-date ECS Gold Card
- Based within a 10 - 15 mile radius of Burnley
- Happy to travel nationwide and regularly stay away
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Hold a full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £52,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Opportunity for additional overtime, paid at an enhanced rate
- Company vehicle provided
- All accommodation provided for staying away
- £20 per day meal allowance
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
