We currently have an opportunity to join an electrical compliance specialist contractor who has been operating in the south east for over 20 years offering electrical testing, maintenance and remedial services to prestigious sites including Windsor Castle, The Shard, and The Gherkin.
Job Overview
- Working alongside a specific business development manager within the sales team to assist with their day-to-day administrative duties.
- Managing their email inbox, scheduling meetings, phone calls, and Teams calls.
- Being the point of contact for customer enquiries and liaising with internal teams to confirm the correct responses.
- Taking inbound enquiries from customers and the sales team in order to create and issue out quotations.
- Building a good working knowledge of the electrical compliance industry and the company's offering within the industry.
Job Requirements
- Experienced background in an administrative role within a sales-focused team.
- Any experience working within the engineering industry is not essential but would be highly desirable, with industries including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written, and experienced user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Any experience using a CRM system is desirable.
- Based within a commutable distance of East Peckham, Tonbridge, with access to your own transport due to the rural location of the office.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £27,000 - £29,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays.
