We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing engineering and construction business delivering projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong site management experience who is comfortable overseeing projects within fast-paced construction and engineering environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will involve:

  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Supervising site teams
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures

Due to the nature of the projects, nationwide travel and regular stay-aways are essential.

Site Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Site Manager Position Overview

  • Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards

Site Manager Position Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Site Manager within civil engineering and groundworks
  • SMSTS Black Card qualification essential
  • CSCS Card required
  • First Aid qualification advantageous
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance procedures
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on-site
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site documentation
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required
