Bennett & Game are pleased to be representing a leading UK scaffolding and access contractor based in Wednesbury, who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This position would suit a confident and commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable generating new business, developing client relationships and identifying opportunities across the construction sector. Previous scaffolding experience is not essential, as full training can be provided on the company's services, pricing and estimating processes.
The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by targeting prospective clients, following up leads and developing relationships with contractors, developers and other construction professionals. They will attend meetings and site visits, manage key accounts and work closely with the estimating and operational teams to produce competitive quotations for scaffolding projects.
